I asked if we could cut to the chase, and get a deal done so I could get back to Indy before it got to late. I'm 73, bought more new vehicles than most have people fingers and toes, and this dealership impressed me. Andre Hernandez, Victor, and Jesse did all they could to take care of my needs, gave me great trade in value up front, and put me down the road with a big smile on my face. And when I got home and decided I made a big mistake not buying the premium SLE model, back we went and the boys took great care of us and sent us back to Indy with a bigger smile. These are great people to work with. Andre was working 6 deals at once, all at near closing time, not a problem...even Charlie the lot boy checked all my tires and brought them up to specs before we headed back...Wish they was in my neighborhood. Lord they're good people...Give them a try if your in the market or just want to kick some new tires...Thank you. More

One of the worst customer service at a dealership. They will try to get you financed with anyone…even Ally at 14%. I got the same car at a suffer dealership for 8% on a business. Had all paperwork complete and got a call on my way to the dealership letting me know that they had someone come in and offer more for the car. They accepted their offer and cancelled mine since I was at MSRP. Andre is a manager, had great communication with him. Salesman isn’t so great, poor communication. Oscar is also a sales manager, he is the one who called to let me know he sold the car. Apparently, the GM Jose tells his employees that they are not to accept any offers unless you are there in person, but apparently he doesn’t communicate that well enough to his employees. No accountability. I’d rather drive one hour away than deal with this dealership again. More
