Besides waiting for 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment OT was very easy to work with. There must have been some lack of communication because I ended up with the KARR Security after I was adam appointment OT was very easy to work with. Terrible customer service! Talk to Salina, told her I was driving from out of state. She insured me the vehicle would be ready for me, when I arrived. She called me about 20 mi Talk to Salina, told her I was driving from out of state. She insured me the vehicle would be ready for me, when I arrived. She called me about 20 minutes before I arrived and said the vehicle was outside warming up. When I arrived I asked for Salina, I directed to another salesman, who then directed me to another salesperson. Told her I was here to check out the vehicle, I was told the vehicle is in the back, they had to get. Waited another 30 minutes, the vehicle was brought out, it had worn out tires. I tested drove the vehicle, stated I would buy the vehicle if new tires were put on. I was told If I wanted new tires it would be another $1200. I walked out. Drove all the way from Wisconsin for nothing. By the way never seen Salina who told me she would be working with me. More
