Smooth Went to look at Grand Cherokee and worked with Salesman Ron Brown. Ron was great at explaining all of the features in the Jeep and how they work. Friendly staff, but disappointing experience. Talked to Jim Constantine on 12-10-19 about a 2018 Nissan Altima that I had found on car guru and agreed on a price. I planned to finance part of the car thru my bank. I called Jim back on 12-11-19 to tell him I picked up the check from my bank and would be up on Friday, 12-13-19 to pick up the car ( I live 190 miles away and rented a car to drive up). I talked to the dealership 3 more times in the next 2 days, each time confirming I would be there Friday morning to pick up the car. I arrived just before 10:30 a.m. and the car was brought up for my test drive(mind you, the car is white). I assumed the car would be detailed and ready to go. It is filthy dirty. It has a quarter sized dent with a 1 inch scratch that is down to bare metal on the hood that was not in the pictures. And the hood, front, and passenger fender has tar or black overspray all over it. They took it in the shop to get the black spots off. I went to get some lunch, came back and waited. It was brought back out. A small area looked good, but black spots still all over. They took it back in the shop. And I waited. In the meantime, I was handed off to Salesman Dean Demos. Dean was very accommodating and super nice. Finally, I was taken back in the shop to inspect the car. It looked really good and they put some touch up paint on the scratch. I go back inside to finalize the deal. I wait...and wait. At this point, I am ready to walk away from the deal, but I have already returned my rental car, and am 190 miles from home. I buy the car and head home. I was there for over 6 AND A HALF HOURS!! Pretty terrible experience. More
