My experience at Al Piemonte Buick GMC by far exceeded my expectations. I’ll start off by saying my family always went to al Piemonte dealerships because of the family atmosphere. So when I needed to make my expectations. I’ll start off by saying my family always went to al Piemonte dealerships because of the family atmosphere. So when I needed to make my first big purchase as an adult I knew I wanted to check them out. I found a used car on their website and inquired. Dealing with dealerships is normally stressful and a lot of work. When I came into the store Michael greeted me and remember I had called about a specific car and overall what I was looking for. I wasn’t able to get in till late on a Saturday but they still treated me just like one of their own. I ended up working with Steven and the experience was seamless. It really felt like they cared about my decision without any pressure. At every point of the transaction I was treated with respect and a friendly face. Steven went way out his way to set my phone up, the navigation system, and even stood out side in 18 degree weather to take a picture! I’m not normally one to leave reviews but this experience of buying a car was overall such a great day! More
