I went in, knowing what I needed/wanted and what my budget was. I worked with J.R. who did everything he could to make my experience fast and hassel free. I also knew that the price they had it at was a great price, but in line with physical condition. They were able to get me a better interest rate than anywhere online said I could possibly hope for with my credit rating. The car was brought in Monday morning. No communication Mon or Tues. I called Wed morning & was told they had not yet diagnosed the problem. The car has always & only been serviced at Piemonte & they previously were quick, communicative & washed the car. I quite disappointed. More

I always have a great experience when I have my Buick Enclave serviced by Al Piemonte Buick. I always ask for Todd and he delivers without any problems. My vehicle is older and I keep up on the maintenance and I keep it nice. I don’t have to worry about some shop trying to upsell me on something I don’t need. He explains everything and delivers it on time. Let’s not forget about the Union technicians. They are also a reason I continue to come back. Skilled labor isn’t cheap and cheap labor isn’t skilled. I don’t have to worry about coming back because the problem wasn’t fixed the first time. They are trained professionals on the make and model of my vehicle. Great team work! More

Because I was treated with respect, was provided with paperwork (he even printed the MSRP window sticker for me so that I could go over it and see exactly what the car had), and didn't face any pressure tactics, I decided to purchase a car. I ended up walking out with a beautiful Buick Encore! On a side note, I am diabetic and when I started feeling unwell the dealership provided me with chips/crackers to get my blood sugar back up and stabilized. That meant a lot to me, it showed that they viewed as a human, not just as a "number" that they need to sell a car too. I will definitely be back in the future! More
