While getting an oil change a few weeks ago I didn’t realize my free oil changes were up and drove over 45 minutes just to get my oil changed. Not only did they have my oil change, tire rotation, and overall check done in 30 minutes but they comped the service because I chose to come to them. Great dealership with great service and helpful employees. I definitely recommend and will be servicing and buying more vehicles from them. More

Professional and Accomodating Bob Bayer was very professional and accommodating during my recent visit to Al Packer. I came in because my brakes were acting strange and for my 140 Bob Bayer was very professional and accommodating during my recent visit to Al Packer. I came in because my brakes were acting strange and for my 140,000 mile maintenance. He aided with my getting a shuttle ride to and from my house, even though my appointment ran after the allotted time for the shuttle service. I greatly appreciated this, as I had personal issues to attend to at home. Thank you, again, for the prompt and honest service. (Side note: my brakes were okay.) More

I was so ripped off by the Finance Mgr here when I bought my vehicle. I was conned into buying a $6000 maintenance agreement that he promised would cover every possible mtce issue for the life of the vehicle, including tires. Of course, it didn't. This guy was straight out of a gangster movie. No support from Ford or the dealership. Never again! More

This is not our first vehicle, as we are in our sixties. Normally you get white glove service when you buy the vehicle and then when it is time for Service you find a nightmare. But, not here we have received white glove service for a year and a half now. Waiting and restrooms are clean. All staff that pass by acknowledge you with a hello. Including the Service technician that delivers your vehicle back after servicing and washing it. Thank you! More
