Needed repair due to Ford recall. That hasn’t been resolved. Recently received notice that the was a recall issued on my 2014 Ford Escape. Recall indicated I would be notified when parts were available. In the the meantime the I had an issue that disabled my vehicle. I had my vehicle towed to Al Packer Ford in Baltimore. I was informed it was a recall issue but because Ford hadn’t resolved the problem I was required to pay for the repair myself and be reimbursed when I received the recall letter. Jonathan Luther was my advisor. Even though this was an unscheduled repair Jonathan did everything possible to get my car repaired as soon as possible. I do have a grip with ford. In. My opinion ford should have stepped up and taken care of this issue without me having to pay out of pocket. My experience with Al packer and Jonathan was excellent. Tony Jackiewicy More

Best Ever I'm 75 years old, have had many vehicles in my lifetime, am a fairly good mechanic in my own right, and have dealt with many automobile/truck dealersh I'm 75 years old, have had many vehicles in my lifetime, am a fairly good mechanic in my own right, and have dealt with many automobile/truck dealerships. I was having an issue with some warning lamps popping up in my instrument cluster of a 2014 Ford F150. I couldn't figure out what was causing them, and the truck was running and driving just fine. I have a close friend, Don Moretz, who purchased a new F150 from Al Packer's Ford in 2016. When we were discussing the issue of my truck, Don told me that the service at Al Packer's had always been a good experience for him. So, I ignored my local Ford dealership and called Al Packer's service department. I was told to bring the truck in and leave it and they would get to checking it out ASAP. I did that, and was highly impressed with the service and attitudes I received from all involved, start to finish. Steve Harrell was great about explaining everything when I picked up my truck, fortunately it was an easy fix, and Steve had my truck washed before I left the dealership. A very friendly and competent bunch of employees. I even got an after the service "Thank you Card" shortly thereafter. More

Excellent Service I had an engine coolant leak for 1 year and 1/2. Other dealers could not locate the leak. But Al Packer did and it finally got fixed! CD player not working. I recently purchased a certified pre-owned F150 Lariat. After getting the truck home, I tried to use the CD player but the CD would not go in automat I recently purchased a certified pre-owned F150 Lariat. After getting the truck home, I tried to use the CD player but the CD would not go in automatically. I spoke with a Service Consultant over the phone and informed him that my CD player was not working and thought there maybe a CD stuck in the CD player. An appointment was set for later the same week. Long story story, there was a warped CD in the CD player, which was removed. No other issues with the CD player. More
