My vehicle is 15+ years old, and I've owned it that long. Yes, almost anyone can walk alongside the vehicle and find something that requires attention, but I specifically asked Chris to just do a routine maintenance job prior to winter and he complied. I asked him only to bring any significant safety issues to my attention. My vehicle was completed on time and to my satisfaction. Chris listened and understood my concerns. No matter where I have service, I always inspect any work completed. The work completed by the mechanic, John Yoakum, was "perfect". More
