Great service and customer care This was my first time going to Al Packer Ford for service. I grew very dissatisfied with the Ford dealership I had been using and so tried Al Packer This was my first time going to Al Packer Ford for service. Amazing customer service as always I was in for an oil change and truck detailing. Casey was her usual charming self!! Her customer service and professionalism are always outstanding. O I was in for an oil change and truck detailing. Casey was her usual charming self!! Her customer service and professionalism are always outstanding. One phone call, no waiting for an answer and scheduled in a matter of second. Dropped my car off and received a call as soon as it was done. My truck as expected was pristine. Settled up with Casey and was on my way. Days like this only come when I am dealing with Casey and your service department. It's also amazing how she remembers who I am with all the people coming and going. There was only one disappointing thing.....cookies where all gone by the time I got there. LOL More

Not so happy customer When I went to this service center I had every hope that I would be at least reassured that my car was going to be taken care of and that the people u When I went to this service center I had every hope that I would be at least reassured that my car was going to be taken care of and that the people understood my concerns. When I got there I was severely disappointed. The service person I spoke with on the phone and was later helped by was YVONNE. When I got there she seemed very busy and distracted. She didn’t have The common curtesy to look me in the eye while we spoke her eyes were always on the screen. I could see they were very busy but I just wanted some decent customer service. I work as a nurse and even on my worst days I give patients a smile even when I’m busy I explain that to them in a caring manner and reassure them that they will still get my best care. Well she was not this way at all and it set the tone for the rest of the visit. I was under the assumption that they would see my car at least that week. But when I got there she said that they were backed up for a week as they hadn’t finished last weeks cars so my car wouldn’t be seen for at least another week. As I and I’m sure most people wouldn’t want their car to sit there for a week I asked if she knew of any other dealerships that could take my car this week. The response I got was a snarky “ no you’ll have to call them your self “ I’m understanding of your being busy but the only reason I was there was because you lead me to believe you would be able to see my car this week. If that wasn’t the case she could of told me over the phone that wasn’t an option and I would of proceeded to call around then. BUT I came in wasted gas and time just to be told it’s not going to be seen any time soon. Bad customer service attitude all around for her. I then was given to another representative Tony who was very nice and called the closest ford dealership to see if they could take my car sooner. And he politely told me they were booked as well. But if he could do anything else he would have. I write this review not because they couldn’t service my vehicle, cause I’m understanding of being busy. But I value customer service and this woman had none. I had to tow my car from there to another dealership which was Inconvenient to say the least. But had I kept it there it would of cost me more in rental fees which you think she would of understood. Please be aware of how you treat people because I will forever remember this experience and not in a good way. More
