I was greeted with a big smile as soon as I drove into the bay and that told me a lot about that department. I went to the service counter and the professionalism and courtesy continued. service department made it work After some glitches with the automated appointment scheduler (it couldn't seem to handle keeping two appointments at the same time with the same custo After some glitches with the automated appointment scheduler (it couldn't seem to handle keeping two appointments at the same time with the same customer name for two different cars), the service department did what was necessary to get both cars serviced. Aaron Younger was very professional and courteous in the face of what could have turned into a bad situation on a busy Friday before a holiday weekend.
