Quick, Responsive, Professional I had tried calling a different service center to repair my husband's car, but they were very unresponsive and unhelpful. I then called Al Packer's Wh I had tried calling a different service center to repair my husband's car, but they were very unresponsive and unhelpful. I then called Al Packer's White Marsh Ford and immediately was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. When I had to reschedule for a slightly later time, they were very accommodating. When I spoke with Aaron, he reassured me that my husband's car would be taken care of. He also proactively offered several other amenities, like the shuttle service, that were very helpful. Zach, the shuttle driver, was extremely friendly as well. When Aaron called for a follow-up to update me on the car's status, I was able to add on some other minor services that were needed. From start to finish, it was a great experience, and the price was far below what I expected. More
