check engine light on This is the second time I have needed to take my car in for service. My "check engine" light was on. Paul Mox was the Al Packer Ford representative This is the second time I have needed to take my car in for service. My "check engine" light was on. Paul Mox was the Al Packer Ford representative that took care of me. He kept me informed of the progress of my car and answered a few maintenance questions for me before I left. Everyone is always pleasant and the waiting room is clean and comfortable. I will definitely return when my car needs further service. More
New rep, same great service!!!! I went in for my maintenance check and I usually go to the service desk to the left when I arrived. On this particular day I was instructed to go to t I went in for my maintenance check and I usually go to the service desk to the left when I arrived. On this particular day I was instructed to go to the right. I didn't even know that the service area extended to the right.I was a little hesitant because I was very pleased with the reps to the left. I was greeted by Steve Harrell who was very pleasant. ( I don't think I've ever been there when they weren't) He proceeded to take all my info and asked if there was anything else I might need why I was there. I mentioned a firmware update and without blinking he said he would check on it. (I knew an update would be a lot more time that I didn't reserve) Steve also asked if I had "the works card". I told him no and he took the time to explain it to me and sign me up for one even though I know they were extremely busy. The card actually saved me quite a few dollars. In these days of everyone pushing you through service places like you're not important, this was another refreshing moment at Al Packer!!! Working in a hospital, I know the value of great customer service and it is always nice to see it these days. What a nice day once again at a place where most people, including me, really don't want to spend their day. Steve and the crew there are truly examples of Great Customer Service" Thanks again More
