I will say the service department was trash miss evon was very unreliable and made promises that she could not keep this lady had me take a Ford car back to the dealer I purchased it from to get them to o very unreliable and made promises that she could not keep this lady had me take a Ford car back to the dealer I purchased it from to get them to open the hood she was never supposed to allow me to leave without resorting all of her resources and yhen my car still isn't ready plus she had me picked up in a Uber from work just to bring me to the dealership just to take me home when I would have just went home and to make it wort I'm walking g with crutches and she knew that so I'll see what tomorrow brings also she was very rude . They deserve 0 stars. Took my car to have sensor replaced. Picked up. Bumper was hanging off. Issue with sensor was still there. Saturday March 2021, my F250 broke its serpentine belt just outside Baltimore and broke down in front of a Ford dealership. After they told me they were two busy, I called Al Packers White Marsh Ford and just outside Baltimore and broke down in front of a Ford dealership. After they told me they were two busy, I called Al Packers White Marsh Ford and Chris Kleinsmith said he could do it. I got a tow and within two hours I was back on the road to North Carolina. I really appreciate those guys and I want everyone to know they got your back when you need them. More
I have been an Al Packer customer for many years and I have never disappointed. They have taken great care of both me and my truck over the years with professional and courteous service. They have kept my black 2005 Ford F-150 running in tip top shape which I am extremely grateful. For many years Randy Siegman was my Service Advisor and always gave me excellent service. Randy and his staff have always provided me with outstanding customer service and he always lets me know he appreciates me being an Al Packer customer. He always looks to give me the best service at the best value. They took particularly good care of me a few months ago as I had several repairs which took some time. Everyone on the Al Packer team is pleasant, smiling, and happy to see you. Service techs, sales reps, office staff alike all who pass through the waiting area, maybe just to get a cup of coffee, will say hello. It's never any fun when your vehicle is broken, but when it is -- I think Al Packer, and then I think 'Randy will fix it'. This kudos is way overdue for him and the work he had on my truck and I can't thank him enough. My truck has been running great since I had picked it back up from the Quik-Lane and the Dealership. In fact Al Packer has been the only place that I let work on my vehicle since I purchased it and I know there are many options and places to go but I choose here. Thanks, Randy. More

Strange shutdown Aaron Younger was so supportive to work with. My 2019 Ford Edge shut down completely at a traffic signal. I was able to put it in park and restart Aaron Younger was so supportive to work with. My 2019 Ford Edge shut down completely at a traffic signal. I was able to put it in park and restart but had to make sure the auto shut down was off. Aaron had never heard of it doing that. When it did it again the next morning he researched the problem and had me come in and test drive it with a tech. Luckily it did it again and it got to spend the night. They found out it was the battery - and replaced it and so far everything is fine. More
