Great Kerry knew all the answers we asked. Didn't have to ask other people. We went to another dealer for prices and the salesman kept making excuses becaus Kerry knew all the answers we asked. Went to second dealership in del Ray signed the deal got to thinking about it and we cancelled our order. Went to Your dealership met with Kerry. She made us feel comfortable and we felt she was honest. We got a good deal and Kerry saved us 4,000.00 dollars for the same car. Just diff color. WE almost got a total screwing in Del Ray when we went back to get our deposit the salesman was pissed. AND very arrogant and had a sharp nasty tongue. More

Don't Waste Time! I would give zero stars if I could. I recently contacted Al Packer Lincoln and inquired about a 2018 Lincoln Navigator Black Label. I explained to t I would give zero stars if I could. I recently contacted Al Packer Lincoln and inquired about a 2018 Lincoln Navigator Black Label. I explained to the sales team regarding a trade-in and that I was an x-plan member. The sales manager agreed on my trade-in value based on the photos, VIN, and mileage of my vehicle along with honoring the x-plan. I memorialized the price and terms via e-mail and sent the manager my credit card information for authorization as a deposit. I asked for drafting instructions so I could wire the money. The following day the sales manager wouldn't answer my phone call but simply wrote an e-mail apologizing for the "mistake" because his GM could not participate in the x-plan pricing on the Navigator at this time. The e-mail stated that in the future when production is higher then the GM may consider participating in x-plan pricing. Business law 101= apparent authority vs. inherent authority. In other words Al Packer Lincoln did not want to sell a $98,000 + MSRP vehicle for about $6,000 off. FYI Al Packer Lincoln, when production is higher, I will ask for at least $10,000 of the MSRP on a $100k vehicle. Good luck Al Packer Lincoln. I'll spend my almost $100k at a more honorable Lincoln dealer that owned up their word and honored x-plan pricing on the 2018 Lincoln Navigator when production was "low". More

My vehicle ,2017 MKZ, has been ther Absolutely LOVED the pick up service for maintenance or repairs. Unfortunately, that's were the service STOPPED. My vehicle ,2017 MKZ, has been there for a week yesterday, for an oil change, tire rotation, wash & to look into the possible transmission issue. I have received not one phone call with any updates. I have called numerous times for an update on my vehicle with no call back at all. Saturday I finally called and the sweet young lady that answers the service phone looked into it and said the vehicle had been assigned to a technician but no one has looked at it yet. Still one week and one day later I have heard nothing. HOW DISAPPOINTING!!!!! Follow up is crucial!!! More
