My new MKC Lincoln had sent me an e mail with a special offer for current Lincoln owners.I loved the MKC that I was driving and was not sure I was willing to giv Lincoln had sent me an e mail with a special offer for current Lincoln owners.I loved the MKC that I was driving and was not sure I was willing to give it up.I reached out via e mail to a few local Lincoln dealers.I subsequently visited a couple of those dealerships.The last dealership I visited was Al Packer Lincoln.An appointment was set up to meet with Keri Trexler,a sales consultant at Al Packer Lincoln.I was greeted pleasantly by everyone upon arriving at Al Packer.I was then greeted by a very enthusiastic Keri Trexler.I was taken out to see the inventory of MKC's in the back of the building.Of all the dealers I had visited I was impressed by the huge inventory at Al Packer.None of the other dealers had the colors and interior combinations that I was able to consider at Al Packer.I was able to test drive a MKC that I was interested in.Because I was able to see the color combinations I choose a combination that I had not seen anywhere else.I wanted certain accessories on the vehicle.Ms.Trexler understood that these accessories were important to me and they are being installed at the dealer as I write this.The experience of getting into a new MKC was pleasant,relaxing and seamless.I am looking forward to enjoying my new MKC. More

You get a comfort knowing how much Mr. Weil believes in the product and how you will be treated by his staff. So, it's no surprise that he would have someone like Ms. Trexler as a Sales Consultant, working for Al Packer, Lincoln. Ms.Trexler not only kept her word on all that was agreed upon at the time of purchase, but she also kept me constantly informed about my vehicle's whereabouts, it's arrival at the dealership and when it was prepped and ready for delivery. How fortuitousness it was that our paths crossed as I found her to be professional, knowledgeable of the product lines Lincoln has to offer and was able to compare and contrast other vehicles of comparable pricing, made by other car dealerships both domestic and foreign. Ms Trexler is a 'google search' machine when it comes to not just the sale of the Continental (which is the car I purchased) she was spectacular in the delivery explaining, in detail, the overview of the car making sure I 'got the concept(s)' before leaving the parking lot. Ms Trexler is a credit to Lincoln Motors in general, and to the Al Packer Dealership Name in particular. I would recommend, to any of my friends and compatriots, Al Packer Lincoln for their next purchase of a vehicle and to Ms. Trexiler in particular to guide them through the journey/process. I think the best attestation to all of the aforementioned is my wife's commentary when I drove into the driveway of my home when she stated, in no uncertain terms, "At the end of 2018 I am trading in the BMW and getting a Lincoln"......personally thought she said a lot, without having to say too much. I do drone on, don't I??? I will leave it at this Ms Trexler is an excellent Sales Consultant and has a dynamic support staff who were there to assist, if need be, in particular the Floor Manager/Supervisor and the Finance person. Great teamwork with the customer/consumer in mind. Can't get that from Amazon, that is for sure........ *One question, in your survey, you did not ask was that of Pride......Each person I came in contact within the showroom appeared to have PRIDE, selling your product, and being associated with the Al Packer Dealership. I feel if the Consultant has pride in the product that will be transferred to the consumer (in this case me) having pride owning the product-just a thought! More
