I had a bad experience with another ford dealer, so I brought my f150 into Al Packer for service. I was looking at a 2011 mustang while my truck was being serviced. I told the salesman(Bill) I was going to trade my truck in and had no money down. I was told to wait until the next day for a decision. The next afternoon, after waiting a couple of hours(during which time I noticed the car was gone) I was told I needed 2000 dollars down. I had already told they I had no cash to put down. By the way, I was told someone was test driving the car. It never showed back up. I think they sold it from under me. so I tried to buy a ford focus. After waiting again I was told they wanted 1000 down. Again I told them I had no money to put down. They wasted alot of my time. This was at 18.8% also. I finally left and went to Maroone Chevy. They treated me right. I ended up buying a 2012 Chevy Cruze at 14.9%. I will never buy I ford again, and certainly not from Al Packer. More
