Ed was outstanding; he is not pushy, he is knowledgable, and most importantly to me, Ed didn't disappear after the deal was done. Al Packer Lincoln Ford delivered my Black Label CPO Lincoln Navigator at midnight with one tire the incorrect size, no service records, dog odor / hair, and no manual. All four items would have failed Lincoln Navigator at midnight with one tire the incorrect size, no service records, dog odor / hair, and no manual. All four items would have failed the Lincoln CPO 200 point checklist. I have repeatedly asked for my copy of the 200 point checklist with NO response. According to Lincoln corporate policy and procedures, the customer is to receive their copy of the CPO. Draw your own conclusions. More

As an inexperienced buyer, I feel that this dealership took advantage of my inexperience and charged me MSRP on a used vehicle. They made it seem like a good deal and gave me a low financing rate of 1.9 - took advantage of my inexperience and charged me MSRP on a used vehicle. They made it seem like a good deal and gave me a low financing rate of 1.9 - but for 7 years! A friend pointed this out to me afterward. Ed Rodriguez is nice when he is trying to get you to buy a car. He will tell you to contact him if you need anything - which I did. Only to hear crickets. I even contacted the manager of the dealership and never heard back from them. Seems like once you buy a car, you are on your own. Not exactly the “family” that Ed told me it would be. I will say the sales manager worked with me on a special circumstance and appeared to want to do right. However, apart from that, I am totally regretting ever purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Overall, I hate the dealership. I hate the car. Brakes already creak on my Explorer with less than 5,000 miles and getting some weird whistling sound when I drive. Many other better options out there. Don’t get sucked in. More

Service side is very attentive, they try very hard and work is very good. I would recommend then for service all day long. Sales, sucks! Luis, laziness is not what is required in car sales. Sometimes people need a little more than hey I can sell you a used SUV. SMH More
