All around pleasant service visit I had an early appointment and Norman was ready for me. My window would not roll up all the way and the run for that window was loose. The run was rep I had an early appointment and Norman was ready for me. My window would not roll up all the way and the run for that window was loose. The run was replaced, but when I came to pick up the car, the window still would not roll up all the way. Norman spoke to a tech, made an adjustment and it was fixed. Norman is the best! More
