Worst service I brought my car to do oil change, I had to wait for 2 hours and after that next day when I started the car it made a lot of noise so I turned it off I brought my car to do oil change, I had to wait for 2 hours and after that next day when I started the car it made a lot of noise so I turned it off and when I looked underneath the car all oil was on the floor, it took me the whole day to fix it, I couldn’t work, at the end of the day they didn’t pick me up so I had to go next day to pick up my car and the gift they gave me was a car wash that a 3 year old kid could do better. Scheduled maintenance I called service to confirm appointment made online the day before. That appointment was not on books but they fit me in at the appointed time anyway. Jarrett Elder is attentive , professional and gives a realistic time it should be finished.. and I got back in the car 1/2 hour earlier than he prepared me for.
