“Dedicated to quality”hardly. What does “quality” look like? Horrible service. “Service Campaign” some weird phrase for recall on passenger airbag and seat sensor defect expired on 12/31/17. I took it in on 12/3 Horrible service. “Service Campaign” some weird phrase for recall on passenger airbag and seat sensor defect expired on 12/31/17. I took it in on 12/31/17, at 1:45pm. They were CLOSED. Always closing at 7pm, except that day. Toyota headquarters would NOT honor the recall and want almost $500 to fix a “non-safety” issue. Three requests to speak to Al Jr or Sr as the huge sign states- nothing but the run around. Still days into this attempt and still no returned call from “Jessica” his secretary. Second new Camry, this one is only five years old, first one lasted 14 years. It’s always the HUMAN errors that ruin the deals. ALWAYS. Never again Toyota. More

Disappointed with car service department I took my Rav 4 in for service on my rear camera because the camera was out of alignment. The service department said they were not able to fix it. I I took my Rav 4 in for service on my rear camera because the camera was out of alignment. The service department said they were not able to fix it. I would like to have the camera replaced. My car is still under warranty. I’ve purchased 4 cars with Al Hendricks and I am very disappointed that they sent me away without telling me that they will replace the camera. I feel that they should replace the camera in my car. More

Won't go back for any future repairs. No problem no worries More
