Replace a tire Terrible service!!! It took 2.5 hours to replace a tire, and your service workers left the spare tire in my truck bed. Your worker then climbed back Terrible service!!! No apologies or anything. My service advisor was great, but the work that was done was terrible! I have been coming to this dealership with both my Tundra and Tacoma, but will never be returning. I knew I should have stuck with Deerfield Toyota. The service worker could not even find my wheel lock that comes factory under the seat. The Tacoma is the #1 selling midsize truck in the market. How can they not find where my wheel lock is? I am very disappointed with the customer service and the lack of knowledge of the Toyota certified mechanics. If I would have known this beforehand, I would have gone to firestone and saved time and money. Thank you, Al Hendrickson. More
