Service staff Most service reps are good however avoid couple of bad ones. The worst service advisor is a guy with black hat. His name is Jarret I believe. Robert Kopp is great! Robert is my go to guy and always very friendly and helpful. Brought both my car and wifes car in yesterday and he took great care of both. The cars get in the service bay fast and service seems quick but seems to take a long time to get the car pulled around when complete. 2. It would be nice to run it through the wash when serviced.
