I used to work with Aaron, who was always personable and professional. Now I work with Robert Kopp and he's amazing. During my first service working with him my truck needed a service due to a recall that took several hours. Robert was so great about keeping me updated on the status of my truck and easing my frustration. He even threw me a complimentary truck was coupon. He was apologetic and kind. It wasn't his fault! I just wasn't prepared mentally for how long I'd be sitting there waiting for my truck, but Robert helped me make the best of it. Great service always at this dealership! More
