No appointment and still great service and not too long wait I just stop by the dealer to get my appointment for my 5000 Maintenance, they asked me if I want to do it at that moment and they took me in in less t I just stop by the dealer to get my appointment for my 5000 Maintenance, they asked me if I want to do it at that moment and they took me in in less than one hour my car was back, the waiting room was clean and the even had beagle and fresh cookies. Shedrick is the service advisor I always work with and its his great customer service and personal skills that My visit, once again, was exceptional. Shedrick is the service advisor I always work with and its his great customer service and personal skills that keeps me coming back. He is always willing to help in every way possible. Not to mention, he is one of the few that is still there from the older crew. I highly recommend Al Hendrickson as I have been going here for almost 15 years myself. The only downfall that I can say is that it never fails that as I am preparing to leave the dealership, I receive a call from Al Hendrickson's sales office to try and get me into a new car. I think this is very unprofessional and discouraging especially when I have yet to even leave the building. This has happened the last 3 times I went for service there. Other than that, I will continue to keep Al Hendrickson as my go to dealership. More
