Staff knows the meaning of good service, not always admin. After having an issue getting my dashboard replaced and waiting for the part to come in a year later. The Service Writer Mr. Norman Frantz understood my problem. He told me he was new to Al Hendrickson and if I would give him the opportunity to get things right. Norman made some good points and my car was taken care of. Norman Frantz did what the management at Al Henderickson could not do. He handle the problem with professionalism, and the best, outstanding customer service.
