Oil Change - Ok Chris K recommended using the BOGO oil change offer to save me money. That was appreciated. However, there was an extra $5 shop parts charge, why? Klaus Cobb is the Best Service Guy In Town :) I have a 2018 Blue RAV4; I will only work Klaus Cobb. He's the best service guy I have ever worked with, we go way back.
