(search yoyo scam). they took advantage of me, taking away my new vehicle after I already had it for 22 days in my possession contract signed and all (2020 Toyota Tacoma). and had render my old vehicle which has a current recall (2019 Toyota Tacoma). they left me with out neither car stranded, when finally the next day they dropped back the 2019 with an engine light still on and Almost crashing due to it. after supposably they already had fixed it, to once again to be stranded with neither car. I've never witness such a horrible dealership from my few experience with buying cars. Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet from coconut Creek had a way better transparent experience Mr. Al hendrickson you lost my trust and bussiness for good Toyota USA my Toyota experience was devastating, I always wanted to be in the taco club and they ruined that. Great Service by H Delgado, not so from Al Hend. on COVID-19 Henry has always provided us with an excellent service, recommending what needs to be done and what is NOT necessary to do on our cars. The quality of Henry has always provided us with an excellent service, recommending what needs to be done and what is NOT necessary to do on our cars. The quality of work has also been outstanding, with detailed professionalism. However, Al Hendrickson as a whole has failed in creating a safe environment for its clients. Many service personnel and technicians did not wear masks, having them around their neck instead of proper usage. My wife mentioned it to the service manager and he, in a less-friendly way, replied back that his personnel knew the drill and they had to take it off to talk on the phone; however, other service employees were not talking and had their masks off. My wife and I belong to the high risk segment of this pandemic. If we get the virus, we may die from it. Many people are tired and impatient with the uncomfortable measures like wearing masks, social distancing, hand sanitizers etc recommended by the state and federal government, and disregard these measures maybe because they believe it will not affect them. Their self-centered attitude may cost the lives of others, and it is the responsibility of all businesses to protect their clients, if they want to keep their customer base, by STRICTLY implementing these measures. Even though I'm a satisfied customer with Henry's service, I may look for alternative service centers that do have better protocols in place to safeguard the well-being of their customers. More

Within 5 minutes of dropping my vehicle off, I received a sales cal I visited your service center exclusively for some recall issues and nothing else. Within 5 minutes of dropping my vehicle off, I received a sales call trying to sell me a car. Having been told the service issues might take several hours, I waited till early afternoon to call for an update. My service center person was unavailable, so i was told I'd receive a call back. No call was received. Eventually I was able to get through to my person only to be told by her that I had been called multiple times. No calls were received on my phone. Further, that she was now off work and the facility was closed. I was unable to get my car until the following afternoon. I do not know if it was the fact that my car was only getting recall issues or some other issue, but customer service was lacking. No one called me, nobody passed on a message, and when I did get my representative on the phone, I'm accused of ignoring calls that were never made, then dismissed by telling me I couldn't retrieve my car till the next day. More
