Long Wait This was my first visit to Al Hendrickson Toyota for an oil change. I thought the customer service representatives needed to have training in how to This was my first visit to Al Hendrickson Toyota for an oil change. I thought the customer service representatives needed to have training in how to treat customers. I called to make an appointment and was there for a little over two hours about 2.25 hours total for an oil change and tire rotation. I may have decided to do the additional work suggested at Al Hendrickson if my rep had been more polite to me. Even when I asked for a manger another representative was rude to me. Please take some time to train your staff. Deplorable customer service skills. A little finesse may go a long way in improving your business. More

It was my first time at this location and I wasn’t provided clear instructions of procedures. I stand looking around for help like a stray. I am puzzled as to how this nut went missing. Toyota service is the only people who touched my wheels. They might have been the ones who didn’t tighten up my wheels properly. When I came to pick up my car, I didn’t know that I was to go inside and pay the cashier. I stood in line waiting for the service attendant to process me. He checked out the white man behind me before he acknowledged my presence and told me to pay inside. I was just given my receipt and keys again without instructions as how to retrieve my car. More
