Poor Service Very disappointed with the service I received. Went back twice to rectify ongoing Check Engine light after service had been performed on the car. I w Very disappointed with the service I received. Went back twice to rectify ongoing Check Engine light after service had been performed on the car. I was quickly sent away without a second thought. Though I insisted that I NEVER leave my car running while putting gas, I was told that " That's what the machine indicates". After the second incident, I took the car to another place and there they actually LISTENED to me and took the car in for a more thorough diagnostic. Problem fixed and two additional parts were needed. Job half done by Toyota. New mechanic went the extra mile to see what was going on. They didn't dismiss me because contrary to most beliefs "Women are not airheads nor dodo birds when it comes to our cars. Toyota dropped the ball! plain and simple. Management and service employee were the same. Dismissive and unconcerned that a vehicle they just serviced wasn't at 100% when it left their care. More
