Buying car was great but service was terrible. Service advisor barely informed me, did not even let me know when my car was ready. I arrived to my appointment 5 minutes early and the service advisor Shedrick was upset and told me I’m early and now he cannot eat. 5 minutes? He walked through the waiting area and I asked him if my car was ready and he said yes. I don’t know how long my car was ready, I had no idea where to pay and even pick up my car. This was my first service appointment and it was terrible, I do have better knowledge for next time but definitely with a better service advisor then Shedrick Anderson. More
Still Waiting It has taken about a year and a half to hear anything back about the paint peeling on my car because of factory paint defects. I received an official letter about it about a year ago, which the steps that were to be taken after that letter, never fell through so we had to contact you guys ourselves (for SEVERAL months). My dad demanded that something would be done by now (about a month or two ago) since no one cared about my calls or emails to a "Jessica"... so he took matters into his own hands since, I guess, I wasn't aggressive enough. Unfortunately, the paint on my car has been chipping away more and more as we wait on a response, still. My car looks HORRIBLE even after taking care of the outside like I should. It has, so far, been almost a month since I've heard anything back, yet again, to bring my car in to get a new paint job... not even set to be scheduled. I was hoping that since most of the car is peeling now, that Toyota would approve for the whole car could be re-done, especially since there was such an inconvenience throughout this whole process (A year and a half of inconsistency). Me and my Dad have taken my car several separate times for pictures to be taken of the peeling and for some reason he was told there were no records indicating that ever occurred! I missed work to bring the car for the records to disappear somehow. Incredible! I am not happy and Shaheed Hosein (my Father) has also been let down after doing so much business with you guys for many, many years. -Selena Hosein More

Knowledgeable, but some service workers are rude. Not the ones that greet you, the ones behind the desks and computers. Just be nicer.
