Invoice Date June 29, 2020 Invoice Number 405608 Amount $321.00​ Thats how much you guys charge me to diagnose the problem and try to charge me $1100 to replace on fuel inj ctor Gave the car back to me witth a major fuel leak that put our lives in danger it could get on fire after 10min drive lucklly i catch that before i drive it back home I had to tow the car to other shop where they found out that the fuel injectors is good and the spacers on the fuel rail was broken (that happen in your service department) the spacer cost $10 and labor $150 Car drives like new again!!! Thats how I feel , never step in that place again

Selena - I sincerely apologize for the lack of effective communication on our end. I am familiar with the situation and, unfortunately, we were waiting on Toyota as well, since they did not have a fix when you first brought up your concern. We had to wait until the Customer Support Program announced that they were extending the warranty on the paint. We then had to follow through with pictures, seeing the car for an estimate, and then following their instructions. We apologize that it took a long time to get fixed. Thanks, Gary. I understand completely. But to be told that there wasn't any records/pictures of the car ever being there for the paint peeling was kind of upsetting. We had to take time from work to take the car to get looked at and have pictures taken for them to say, months later, that there isn't a trace of evidence saying we were ever there... making us look crazy! It was all very frustrating. I''m glad that the car is finally getting taken care of, it just shouldn't have been such a hassle doing so.
