Al Hendrickson Toyota - Service Center

Waited 4.5 hrs for service dept to do a recall on my leased car. They told me 2hrs max at check-in. This was my 3rd attempt to get it done. I was informed of the recall when I came to do the 25K mile se leased car. They told me 2hrs max at check-in. This was my 3rd attempt to get it done. I was informed of the recall when I came to do the 25K mile service during an appt scheduled for 4pm - I was there on-time. They told me it was too late for them to do the recall; only did 25K service. I called the next day (Sat) at 1:30pm as a walk-in they told me they were booked through Tuesday. I was able to schedule an appt online. The appt schedule was wide open. Booked for Sundat at 845am. Got there are 830am, left the site at 12:45pm. After speaking to service manager. He apologized and used Covid-19 excuse. Recommendation: if you have limited staff to service then limit the # of appts. We've been dealing with the pandemic for 4month. Enough time to evaluate a better way to service your clients More
