My car was towed in Monday got my car back Wednesday Toyota gave me a loaner for a day. My Service adviser is Chirs La port who I think is the Best . Your service was outstanding but I did not like to see the disposal charges charged my receipt without letting know. I would have dispose it myself here at my place. Very helpful, went over the services I wanted and also services that I needed for my 2013 Toyota Camry. Dropped of at 5 pm and picked up next day without having to wait. extremely dissappointed My spouse and I have purchased/leased 6 vehicles in the past 4-5 years at this dealership and was completely surprised in the level of service I recei My spouse and I have purchased/leased 6 vehicles in the past 4-5 years at this dealership and was completely surprised in the level of service I received this past Monday. My 2020 Tundra is leased and on Monday I almost ended up stranded driving home when the power kept shutting off in the middle of my driving. I had my wife call the dealership to advise I was coming. She managed to reach a receptionist at 5:45p who attempted to transfer her to the service desk multiple times but no one answered multiple attempts. The receptionist told my wife that service closes at 6p. When I arrived at 5:55 pm they acted like they didn't want to take me, as if I showed up with no consideration. In the past while having services at your dealership, we were given a courtesy shuttle but now an uber/lyft service to drive us either home or to work. At 6:00pm no one wanted to help me find a ride home. I ended up paying for my own uber service of $43.08. When I arrived the next day to pick up my vehicle they said it was the battery which was surprising as this is a new vehicle. I mentioned to the desk that I had to pay my own way home Monday night and I was told that no one could refund me. I was in complete shock as the Toyota in Hollywood provides this service with no questions. The level of customer service was poor at this time from communication to customer service. No one answers the phone at service and no one calls you back. No one wanted to hear about any refunds or concern that I had to fen for myself after a long day of work to get home safely. One service rep told another rep to not waste time with me in this matter and shoved me straight to the managers who also did not share any concerns. I am reluctant in using this dealership for any future purchases or services if this is the way I will be treated especially when we have purchased over 6 vehicles. More
