I'm driving 30 minutes to Weston from now on. I got an email asking for my review, so I'm copying/pasting from my Google review already submitted. This was my first visit to this dealership. I got an email asking for my review, so I'm copying/pasting from my Google review already submitted. This was my first visit to this dealership. Because I respect others time, I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled service appointment time. I was not greeted nor directed where to go by anyone at the service reception area. I walked around aimlessly until I was able to "corner' someone and ask how the service check-in process works. When they finally got me to the Service Advisor who was assigned to my appointment, I had to wait another 15 minutes for him to get to me. After 2 hours of waiting, I went to see the service advisor to check my cars status. I learned my car was still waiting to be pulled into the garage. I decided to take my keys and never make the mistake of coming back to this location again. I did however attempt to bring these customer service deficits to the managers attention, but was blown off with the excuse of "we're busy". I can understand busy, but I cannot understand the lack of communication and poor initial impression. If we could have done it over, I would firstly wish for a greeter to direct me upon arrival. Secondly, I would appreciate the honest and open disclosure on the expected wait time. I can understand being busy, I CANNOT understand the lack of communication or level-setting the "guest’s" (I did not feel like a guest, more like a burden) expectations. More
