I was told to be there by 12pm. I arrived at 11:45am... was told it should be no more than 2 hours. It was 2:35pm and noticed no one came to me to complete my maintenance and leave. When I approach my serv was told it should be no more than 2 hours. It was 2:35pm and noticed no one came to me to complete my maintenance and leave. When I approach my service person, he went and check the issue on why my car was not ready: he informed me that NOTHING was done done to my vehicle after 2 hours and 35 minutes. I was pissed and asked to take my car immediately... because i was told another hour and half was going to be delayed. I realize it wasn't claus fault.... it was inside the service area. I still need to go and have my maintenance done. The owner and his son to be made aware of this... I'm sure I'm not the only person this has happened to. More
