Al Hendrickson Toyota - Service Center

I got a new car only 2 weeks. I drove off the lot and the next day the check tire light came on. Brought it back 3 times and they said it was the sensor and the they reprogram it. Next day the light was back next day the check tire light came on. Brought it back 3 times and they said it was the sensor and the they reprogram it. Next day the light was back on and the tire pressure was 22. This time they said they found a nail and charged me $34 to fix it. The next day the light was on again and tire pressure was 23. Thanks to Chris Kuladis who went above and beyond after seeing my frustration he finally was able to fixed the problem🤗😊 thank you 🙏 More

However the next day I called because I could still hear the wind coming threw. I explained I would bring it back on the 17th because I was going to ocala. My boyfriend took my car in and they were extremely rude to him I was on the phone with him and the service rep was saying how Toyota was not going to fix my window it looks like someone tried to break in which is b.s it's the same exact window with the same problem... I called to speak with a supervisor he was not in left a message and no one has reached out to me yet. I'm so disappointed with Al Hendrickson Toyota. More

Brought the car in for an outstanding recall. Shedrick, my service writer was very polite and professional. recall took longer than expected but work seems to have been done correctly. Only suggestion would be as a courtesy would be to wash the exterior. Only because we own another make and when we bring in the car for service, it's part of their routine. My tires where not rotated. I received my car after and hour and a half and the service was not doen correctly, now I am not sure if the service was done.
