Frank and his crew did an awesome job !! Frank explained the whole warranty process associated with the tires. He also delivered the car to me !! There's apparently no working partnerships there, meaning they don't help one another with regards to the customers. I got, " you're her customer you have to wait for her. I had an appointment for regular maintenance, regardless of the appointment I was inform that it would take 2 hours, so I agree to get a shuttle home which it took way to long a family member end up picking of the appointment I was inform that it would take 2 hours, so I agree to get a shuttle home which it took way to long a family member end up picking me up, then I was supposed to get a call when my car was ready which it never happen, I happen to be checking my emails around 4 pm and indicated my car was ready, 45 min after my appointment time, time that was still there waiting but since bi didn’t received a call no way for me to know, then when I got there to pick up my car around 5:15 pm my service rep was gone for the day and I was sent to the cashier to get my key, just to find out my key was lost and took a while for them to find it and not even courtesy apology, very terrible More

I really like the quality of service at around 7 AM your in and out in 45 minutes. I wish the service was like that because I made an appointment for noon and I didn’t get out until 4 pm.
