I am sorry to say I did not have a good experience. Your service person at the front desk, never called me to let me know my car was ready. I had to go to investigate what was up with my car, several times. Even with him having my phone number to call me. I waited, about 2 1/2 hours. I had a nail in my tire so it was an emergency and I was told to come in without an appointment. Also your lounge needs updating and we need some customer service training with your front desk personnel. Not very welcoming. Plus the car was not washed after all of that. I could not find the person I worked with at the desk. So disregard the person I selected. Would not let me submit without selecting someone. Arrived 9:30am, December 1, 2020. More

Weather was good so I stayed outside for most of the time, then in the show room away from people for a short time and then my car was ready. when I went to pay it would have been nice if I got a smile like Shedrick gives me. Your dealership runs a tight operation. Personnel are efficient, knowledgeable, and personable. I was there for the first time for my six month maintenance. Was in and out in under an hour. All of the people that I interacted with in the valet team had horrid customer service. The girl barked at me that I was in the wrong lane and was so mean in her way of asking. Sarcastically going "your in the wrong lane" and then walking away from me when I was asking where to park. The next guy that was going to fill the tires sits and argues with me that there's no nail in the tire. We went back and forth for a good 2 minutes because I had seen it with my own eyes. That was the entire reason for my visit. Finally they agree to take it back. Servoce portion of that visit was ok. Took way too long but I didn't mind since I was a walk in and did not make an appointment. Every time I go they take the caps off my tires and don't put them back on. Got to the point that my boyfriend just bought a bag of new ones for when I have to go. And I was SORELY dissatisfied with my tire purchase. I am not mechanically inclined so when someone tells me they are installing continental tires I was thrilled that I got a good tire and they were willing to work with me on the price. Too good to be true because I feel pretty conned... they installed some brand I didn't know and then when I called they told me that they are made by the same company so its basically the same thing. Honestly not the way you sell something especially if the person on the other end is expecting a name brand tire because you threw that name around. If you know that it's not the same brand maybe mention it beforehand. Experiences just keep getting worse at this place. More
not very thorough when doing checks. I had my whole transmission replaced a month before along with the transmission oil. I had a 20k factory service , however, the tires where not rotated , the plastic for the seat cover and paper foot mat where left in the car , items from the glove compartment where laying on the floor , not rotated , the plastic for the seat cover and paper foot mat where left in the car , items from the glove compartment where laying on the floor , disappointed in the over all service this time.
