I have been and/or buying Toyotas for years from Hendrickson for over 20 years. I also service them there. They have service managers there that you develop a rapport with. I have had several. I came to have my brakes checked. The told me when I made the appointment that I can have shuttle service. When I got there the service person told me it was unlikely. Every time I go to Al Hendrickso made the appointment that I can have shuttle service. When I got there the service person told me it was unlikely. Every time I go to Al Hendrickson I’m there for hours. Poor customer service. I was texting with a manager mingle Patterson who couldn’t care less about my experience but just wanted to sell me another car. After an hour and a half I asked for my car back since they hadn’t started work on it and left. I recently went to Subaru with a family members car. The experience was awesome and in the future I will buy Subaru just so I don’t ever haves to go back to Al Hendrickson. More
