I am sorry to say I did not have a good experience. Your service person at the front desk, never called me to let me know my car was ready. I had to go to investigate what was up with my car, several times. service person at the front desk, never called me to let me know my car was ready. I had to go to investigate what was up with my car, several times. Even with him having my phone number to call me. I waited, about 2 1/2 hours. I had a nail in my tire so it was an emergency and I was told to come in without an appointment. Also your lounge needs updating and we need some customer service training with your front desk personnel. Not very welcoming. Plus the car was not washed after all of that. I could not find the person I worked with at the desk. So disregard the person I selected. Would not let me submit without selecting someone. Arrived 9:30am, December 1, 2020. More
