In the 20,000 miles visit I was told they would do an alignment as a courtesy even though I was out of warranty. Problem persists. 25,000 miles visit was completed today and I noticed when I got home that my service advisor has not even mentioned my complaint in the work order. It does matter to write there because the tires pressure check was written down and not done. I know when my problem will be resolved, when I reach 36,000 miles and return the car. Toyota All Hendrickson never again. More
I brought my car in for service on 10/23 and when I received it, the exterior was covered in bird poop in at least four different areas. This is certainly not the condition I brought it in. For the 1 year service all the fluids should be topped up and this was not done, I am not sure if they even changed the oil now. I spoke with Eric the manager about the service received and he was very rude in his comments to me. Never coming back to this dealer again! More

Made an appointment for 8:30 am to get an oil change and don’t get a call back until 4 pm that my car was done when I was told it would take 2-3 hours. So unacceptable for an oil change to take 7 hours long don’t get a call back until 4 pm that my car was done when I was told it would take 2-3 hours. Horrible customer service and Mr. Charles who took care of my service was not apologetic at all and could care less about how horrible I was treated. Never recommend this place to anyone. More
I have been taking my Camry there for the last two years and I always thought they have taken good care of my car. I recently took my car in this Tuesday to get an oil change. While I was there I asked for and I always thought they have taken good care of my car. I recently took my car in this Tuesday to get an oil change. While I was there I asked for them to look at my tires because only one of them seem to be going bald faster then the rest. When I asked about it, they said it’s most likely because how I drive. I asked if they have been rotating the tires with every service so far and they said yes, I don’t drive the far or that fast but I said okay and we moved on. While they were working on my car I asked if they could also check my battery since sometimes it has a hard time starting, the service rep told me they check the battery with every service and if there is something wrong with it they will let us know. I said okay thanks. After the service was done, they tell me I need new tires (which I already knew about) and to change my air filters, I asked again if everything was fine with the battery and they said yes. Leaving the parking lot I noticed the car was still having an issue starting up, so on my way home I drove by an auto store to check my battery. The tech ran two tests and both showed my battery was bad, and on top of all that there was a lot of corrosion on the battery, and as soon as the tech put the cables on the battery some of the corrosion fell off. So this brings the question if they really checked my battery, and if they didn’t check the battery, did they rotate my tires? So I called back the dealership asking to speak with a service manager. Every time I call I’m sent to voicemail. So far I have called 4 times and left 3 voicemails with no call back over a 3 day period. I just want someone to explain to me why it was not done and why I was lied to. More
