After dropping my car off the 2nd time for the same problem (the auto collision was faulty) on a Monday morning, I did not get my car back until 3:00 p.m. the next day and only at that time because I g problem (the auto collision was faulty) on a Monday morning, I did not get my car back until 3:00 p.m. the next day and only at that time because I got a ride up there to get it. The auto collision light was coming on for the past few months, when I told the service person about it he brushed it off. So after doing the routine maintenance they gave me back my car previously but the auto collision light was still coming on once I reached a certain speed. After looking at this the last time I brought it in they informed me they needed to order part, which they did, and I got notification 1st thing the next morning that it had been received. They did say I could come back and get my car and have it for the rest of the day but only to return it the next morning to get the part installed. I chose not to do that thinking they would get it done 1st thing in the morning and not by 3:00 p.m. All it would have taken to make me happy on this last trip was to give me a loaner so that I would not have to spend 75% of my 2 days off with no vehicle. More

Claus Kobb was my service tech, and he was great! He helped me immediately with everything I needed, which included an on-the-spot estimate.
