Close to two hours is a little too long for an oil change even considering an appointment was scheduled, and I arrived 15 minutes earlier than the appointment time. If first in first out with or without an appointment, it's the wrong way to go and disrespectful to the customer's timing. The same reason the Service Dept. sets appointments, also the customers have schedules to follow and expect to be serviced in time and manner. The only reason I go to the dealership is for the outstanding service and support of Jarrett Elder, otherwise, I would go, and I will think twice, to any local garage that would make the work with the same quality, and in no more than 45 mins, worst case scenario. I hope the top management sets its ducks in line and reviews customer satisfaction standards with the Service dept. More

I was very disappointed in my experience. I got a call that my RAV4 was recalled for the passenger airbag, so I booked an appointment for service. My service tech was great he was friendly and professional, took care of my service. I took his card to call him for possibly my next service. After that my "next service decal was cut into pieces and sprinkled all over my floor, and was left dirty, just ridiculous. The service is not worth my drive from jupiter Florida. Will think very hard next time I need a serve from toyota and maybe find something closer that respects my vehicle. More
