On 1/16/2020 my mother took in her Toyota Corolla that was purchased at Al Hendrickson Toyota to get serviced, and on 1/22/2020 my wife took my 4Runner that was leased from Al Hendrickson Toyota for servi was purchased at Al Hendrickson Toyota to get serviced, and on 1/22/2020 my wife took my 4Runner that was leased from Al Hendrickson Toyota for service. My mother was upsold on changing her air filter and another filter in her car. Come to find out, they charged her the $80.00 +, and did not change any filters out. If we wouldn't have had a different mechanic take a look at it, we would have never known that nothing was changed out, for the money charged. We are extremely disappointed in the dishonesty of the employees of Al Hendrickson Toyota. We can only imagine how many elderly customers you take advantage of. For that reason, once my lease is up, I, nor anyone in my family will no longer be a customer to Al Hendrickson Toyota. You have lost loyal clients due to dishonesty; we've been shopping there for over 15 years. More
