I wrote a 5 star for the sales team at the Toyota Outlet, but can't say the same for the service; it is less than zero really. I had to bring the Jeep back 3 times. The first time they said they found noth but can't say the same for the service; it is less than zero really. I had to bring the Jeep back 3 times. The first time they said they found nothing wrong they did not hear a noise. I took the Jeep to Arrigo and they said it was a bad rotor so since I just bought it I took it back and had to threaten to give the Jeep back if they did not replace it, they did replace it and I drove it two miles and smelled something very hot and had to take it back because the wheel was so hot. I left a note with the keys in the night box and Jeffery the serivce writer took care of it first thing in the morning for me. The third time there they told me it was a bent caliper not adjusted right and it would be replaced. I purchased 2 cars the Jeep and a Kia on the same day, now the second car, a Kia gave me trouble the engine light came on. I pulled into Kia. The service department informed me that the wrong battery was in the car, was for a Toyota not the right CCA and furthermore was not anchored in place and could catch fire.. I told him I just bought it and he said take it back..it is not safe and a fire hazard the type of glass battery. This car needed a Kia glass battery not this Toyota small car battery. So I took the car back to service at Al Henderson, showed Eric the shop manager the battery in the car. He told me you bought the car as is and I not going to put a battery in. I told Eric that the salesman told me the car was covered for 2000 miles or two months when I signed the contract. Eric said he will put straps on to secure it and I said that was not acceptable. He said if it starts the car it is fine. I objected and said no way in xxxx. with that said, I told him you certified the car with the wrong battery in it. Eric said he would have to check with the mechanic that certified the car I bought to make sure I did not swap the battery in it. Eric ask me why I waited 30 days..it was only 21 days I work in an operating room it is in the middle of Covid and quite hectic. I would have missed this whole ordeal had the check engine light not come on. You guys would have gotten away with this cheap xxx mistake. At this point of arguing I was ready to give the car back, enough. If this is service management, I think this place needs a major overhaul and retraining. This manager Eric Silcox acted like an xxx and is not smarter than a fifth grader You do the math...we spent 60000 on two cars. This guy wants to argue over a wrong battery in the Kia and a rotor on a Jeep. I have not even made the first payment on either car yet! Both cars are under purchase warranty and could cost the salesman the deal. The General Manager from the Outlet called over and said please just put the battery in. Because of Eric Silcox I will never go back to this place. I would anyone else to go elsewhere. I even asked if the mechanics here are certified or just sharing the same certification? Because this just stupid mistakes that put consumers at risk. This incapable, incompetent service manager Eric gives me no confidence in getting a good outcome. There are way to many other places to get a car with better customer service and know how to treat people. These cars should have never been on the lot this way let alone sold. Ed Howard PS.. He installed a new battery...Not the right one. Kia recommends glass battery..this is not one. Buyer b whare! More

#FeelInvisibleAtAlHendricksonToyota That’s the new motto? That’s what I experienced as I picked up my truck and was never addressed at the counter. That sucked. That’s what I experienced as I picked up my truck and was never addressed at the counter. That sucked. More
