On Wednesday the 22th of march 2023, I went to the dealership to SEE the price of my brakes for my Toyota Tacoma, the costumer assistant gave me a price for $250 when they brought the car inside they dealership to SEE the price of my brakes for my Toyota Tacoma, the costumer assistant gave me a price for $250 when they brought the car inside they called me to tell me that my rotors weren’t well so I had to change them Which it’d be $500. I told her I can’t afford that price only the price of the rotation which was $18, she said ok no problem, after 10 minutes she called me and told me that I have to pay for them to only INSPECT my car which was $100. She sent me to the manager office and I was talking to the manager which I don’t remember the name but I know he’s Spanish (Venezuelan) since the first word I said he tried to shut me up, he was being very rude and he was giving me a very bad attitude. He told me :”if you don’t pay $100 DOLLARS you won’t take your car with you” he was kidnapping my OWN car just for not paying $100 dollar out of nowhere I told him that’s not fair cause they didn’t fix my brakes and I’m paying $100 for them to not do anything to my car. He challenged me so I had to call the police, they came after 20 min and made him change his mind. I lost almost 2 hours on this problem because of this manager who likes to take advantage of honest people. You all need to do something with the costumer service and also have precautions cause what I think it’s that money wasn’t gonna be for Toyota but their POCKETS. More
