I went to change the oil in my car and after 2 and a half hours they told me that the oil cap wouldn't open and that I had to change the entire part. The cost was over $700.00. Of course I didn't do it, beca hours they told me that the oil cap wouldn't open and that I had to change the entire part. The cost was over $700.00. Of course I didn't do it, because they left me waiting for nothing. Why didn't they tell me before? I went somewhere else and they changed the oil right away. There weren't any broken parts. They just wanted to take my money. I gave up on Toyota. I was going to change cars, but I don't want this brand anymore. More
