Sorry, but this is not true. I saw 2 cars and 2 drivers there. Seating. I know them because I used this service many times. I don't know WHY the company said there were no cars available. So, Please, don't apologize.

I had a 7:30 AM appointment they couldn't locate. I had an engine code that I gave them. I expected them to run their own diagnostics. I didn't expect it to take five hours to do the diagnostic. And More
