Car experience Usually a great experience. Sunday was a little different. No one greeted me as I pulled in. Once I got to the service counter Carmelo was very nice and helpful. Upon arrival, I paid for service. Cashier handed me the keys and told me that my car was outside waiting for me. As i stepped out an employee was keen enough to realize that I was a bit lost looking for my vehicle and got my car for me. Service on the vehicle was fair, but the environment itself was poor. If they can't provide a loaner or shuttle, then at least give an area for people to sit and wait, that isn't in the hot sun! My service rep, Jennifer Burton, was anything but friendly. She was rude and did not even say hello, or care to introduce herself. She provided poor instructions on reclaiming my car after the service, and let us waste 20 minutes. She is unfriendly and will not be seeing me again! More
