I recently purchased a car that had some painting on it, I was told the painting was no problem as they would remove it, I took it in for the painting to be removed on a Sunday they called the Tuesday and t I was told the painting was no problem as they would remove it, I took it in for the painting to be removed on a Sunday they called the Tuesday and told me the painting is remove but the rubbers are damaged and it would be ready in a day or two. I went the Saturday and the car still wasn’t ready , because they had to order the rubber.They called me the following Tuesday and said the car is ready. My son went and pick up the car. When he brought the car home ,the spoiler wasn’t touch at all, painting was still all over it and also the lower bottom….. there’s no sense keeping the car for so long and still did a poor job ….. I was sold a car that smelled like something died in the car it was also infested with Roaches. I left the car at the request of the dealership with the promise that it would all be taken care of a week lat car it was also infested with Roaches. I left the car at the request of the dealership with the promise that it would all be taken care of a week later I was called and told the car was ready I went to pick up the car and when the guy brought the car to me all the windows were down #1stredflag I get in the car and without really inspecting it and trusting that the dealer had the car for a week I drove off not even halfway home I roll up the window and the smell was horrendous as I was driving what do I see a freaking roach and to top it off the car was now making a strange noise. So I returned the car again and was told to leave it and they would take care of it. I begged them to switch the car for a different one and was told that if I would have done it the day after I bought it, they would. Ummm WHAT!!!! I brought the car to you the same day that I bought it. How is it my fault that this dealership did not do its job the right way? So I once again left the car, promising it would be taken care of and detailed. I pick up the car and yes the smell was better not completely gone but as I was installing some items to the car what do I find? A ton of dead roaches. WHAT!!!!!!! Is this the way they do business? I am so dissatisfied with my purchase but I am completely stuck. If I could give a negative star review I would. It's safe to say we will no longer get a vehicle from this dealership. Which is sad as this is not our first purchase at this dealership. More

I’ve been a loyal customer of Al Hendrickson Toyota for over three years and this is my second Corolla. I take it in for service every 5000 miles and I rarely have to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen b over three years and this is my second Corolla. I take it in for service every 5000 miles and I rarely have to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen by my service advisor. This time all the work was done within a timely manner. They advise that I would need a alignment and 1 other minor item. I did not take my credit cards that day so I asked him to put info and prices in my final service receipt. The work needed was there, but there were no prices. No big deal but I’d like to know when I’m paying for in advance. I’ll take care of it on my next visit. More
