My visit was for change the oil and due to my car is 20. 000 miles include tires rotation, after 3 hours and half they did not rotate the tires, after I complained they said that I will get the tire rotation 000 miles include tires rotation, after 3 hours and half they did not rotate the tires, after I complained they said that I will get the tire rotation waiting for one hour more, I’m very disappointed with this dealership. would have given a five star although i was not very pleased that my engine compartment was filthy...and engine shroud fasteners missing..the air compressor which was replaced was not calibrated chri pleased that my engine compartment was filthy...and engine shroud fasteners missing..the air compressor which was replaced was not calibrated chris laporte and chris k were excellent..but the service technician seems to be not up to speed...i now have to schedule another date to have this compressor calibrated More
