I purchased 1 year old vehicle last week. It was supposed to be inspected before sale. It looks it was just washed. While driving home I noticed little sign on the dashboard shaped like wrench. Sure enough, vehicle was due for routine maintenance. I took it to the real service/dealership and $100 later I had vehicle ready to be driven or sold. More

They tried to keep my car overnight when I told them I didn't want to leave it, didn't call me back to come get it, so I went there before they closed and found out they didn't even look at my car. I had to go get my own parts from another local Toyota because they were on backorder for 6 days. They could have called around local to minimize my wait time. They had my car for 11 days. And 4 days after I got it back the engine light came on again. Told me to come back on the weekend but didn't say that the diagnostic guy is only in on Saturdays, not Sundays. Then the 2nd issue they told me wasn't related to the first, even though it was, and wanted to charge me $700 to fix it on top of the $650 I already spent. Terrible service, poor communication, they don't care, felt taken advantage of and written off. More
